Our Story

Greetings and welcome to Lincoln Elementary School! My name is Mr. Tracey E. Jenkins and I am entering my second year as Principal. I have been an educator for 30 years and I am excited about this upcoming school year. Our motto here at Lincoln is: "Lincoln Lions Roar with P.R.I.D.E.!"  As educators, we encourage our Scholars to Problem Solve, show Respect, possess Integrity, exhibit Determination, and do things with Excellence! Our goals for this year consist of improving our overall attendance, continuing to make positive progress academically, and increasing our parent involvement. With a strong commitment from our scholars, parents, and staff, Lincoln Elementary School will not only meet our goals but exceed them. IT IS GOING TO BE A FABULOUS YEAR!

Lincoln Elementary School is nestled in the beautiful city of Tulare, California. Located in the Central San Joaquin Valley, Tulare is an agricultural community with a rich history. Lincoln School is privileged to serve students in preschool through fifth grade within the Tulare City School District, where our shared mission is to place the educational, emotional, and safety needs of our students above all else.
